I come to my work as a wellness facilitator through a background as a multidisciplinary creative. Creativity, nature, and ethereal practices naturally inform the way I teach and hold space, shaping experiences that feel both intuitive and grounded.
I’ve been teaching yoga for over twelve years and have had the opportunity to work with people of all ages and levels of experience—from longtime practitioners to those attending their very first class. Creating a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment is central to my teaching. I don’t take lightly the trust that comes with this work, and my intention is to empower individuals to feel fully embodied, present, radiant, and reconnected to possibility.
Yoga has brought me into many different spaces: studios both in person and online, pop-up classes around New York City and the surrounding area, a music festival in the Poconos, children’s yoga and arts programming, and senior centers in Bushwick, Brooklyn and as a guest teacher at yoga teacher trainings. I’ve also taught at retreat centers in Puerto Vallarta, MX, Tuscany, IT and Oliveira do Hospital, PT. One of the more meaningful experiences in my career was being invited to Canouan, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, to serve as a resident yoga teacher and help activate the yoga studio and wellness program at Soho House.
I’m currently based in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, where I serve as a resident teacher at a science-based retreat center and a community-forward yoga studio.
