SUP Yoga & Snorkel

A somatic movement practice on the water, closing with a snorkel through Mismaloya Bay.

This class blends Yoga and Pilates into a somatic movement practice on the paddleboard where the instability of the water becomes the tool and not the obstacle. You're guided to move from felt sensation: noticing weight shifts, sensing your center before you correct for it, and letting the board itself teach you where stability actually lives in the body and the mind.

Yoga movement and stretching prep and warm the body. Pilates-based exercises build precision and control, helping you locate and hold your center on an unstable surface. And then there's savasana, floating on the water's surface. Held by the water, the nervous system finds a soothing that land can't offer—just the drift of being held.

Snorkeling through Mismaloya Bay carries that same quiet curiosity a little further into the water.

Ideal for: anyone with some baseline comfort with balance or movement — no SUP or yoga experience required

Duration: 60 mins for the class and 60 mins for the snorkel portion.

Includes: paddleboard, snorkel gear, guided practice, snacks, cocktail, and photos.
