Private yoga & Mat Pilates
With thirteen years of teaching experience, I love bringing a sense of curiosity to every practice. Whether you’re new to yoga or seasoned, open-level classes are designed to meet you where you are at.
My signature active classes can be a fusion of flow, Katonah Yoga® and Mat Pilates designed to energize and strengthen.
My signature Yin & Restore classes offer grounded, slower-paced practices that support joint health, fascia hydration, and nervous system regulation.

“Her energy was always very relaxed and welcoming. She is very warm and easy to open up to. She has a really gentle way of teaching and like any great teacher, she has a genuine curiosity about people’s experiences and what they would like to get out of their practice.”

This practice is characterized by its cooling and slow-paced approach, focusing on long-held poses that can range from 1 to 10 minutes. Unlike other styles that target muscles, Yin Yoga aims to stretch and stimulate the connective tissues. The practice is informed by the principles of Chinese medicine theory.
