SUP Yoga & Mat Pilates
A signature SUP Yoga & Pilates fusion, I call SUP Somática, blends Hatha yoga movement with Mat Pilates-based exercises to build precision, control, and core strength on the water. The instability of water — ocean, lake, or private pool — becomes the tool, helping you find your center while soothing the nervous system and boosting mental well-being.

“A+++ experience! Sara is a lovely teacher who knows her craft well. This introduction to SUP, coupled with some cool Chinese medicine theory about the seasonal elements of water and wood, was informative and fun. There's no better feeling than being on the ocean and connecting with nature, especially with a great guide. Plus, the people at Paddle Zone are wonderful. Una experiencia super chida. Vale la pena!”
