Sometimes, all I want to do is frog pose on a paddleboard surrounded by the jungle and emerald green waters. Somehow SUP yoga found me and time and time again, I come back to this beautiful practice looking for refuge in nature. I often turn to my practice for a respite from day to day stress and hope I can offer my practice something in return. some photos and videos I’ve been meaning to post lately from a recent SUP yoga class in Mismalyoga. My journey with Katonah Yoga started when I took a Vinyasa class with @rxchel.moves in Bushwick, NY in 2016. I asked her what those funky sun salutations where all about and how I could learn more 😅💫 I ended up taking classes at The Studio when they were in Chelsea and later on Bowery, several trips to Bedford hills, NY and later online.
